I just want to remind everyone that wearing anything that sparks a conversation about what you do is Smart Marketing. I can't tell you how many times I've worn my Face and Body Art Hat, or a Face and Body Art Convention T-shirt and somebody asks me about it. It opens the doors to chat about face painting andgive them my card.
I've gotten more gigs out of one $25 T-shirt than I can remember. If YOU get more than $25 for each gig you get from it, then it MORE than pays for itself and is agreat investment. I certainly plan on buying one (at least one) this year too. If you can't make it to the convention but know someone from your area who is going, give them the money and ask them to bring one back for you. |
